    We provide Domiciliary Care, Supported Living and Outreach Care & Support services to Local Authorities and private clients. We also supply ad-hoc, contract and permanent staff to a wide range of clients.

    VACANCIES 

    We are currently recruiting care/support workers and seniors for our domiciliary care and supported living clients in the North East of England.

     

    Senior Care/Support Workers (Team Leader)

    We are seeking a Senior Care/Support Worker (Team Leader) to join our team, offering £24,350 per year and reporting to the Domiciliary Care and Supported Living Manager. In this role, you will provide both physical and emotional support to individuals while leading and supervising a team of care/support workers. Your responsibilities will include assisting individuals in developing independence through personal care, meal preparation, and engagement in hobbies and activities. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining support plans, conducting reviews, administering medication, managing finances, and overseeing staff supervisions. To be successful, you must have at least two years of experience as a Senior Carer/Support Worker, hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, and have a Level 3 certification in Medication Management. Strong communication skills are essential for working effectively with a multidisciplinary team, and a satisfactory DBS check is required.

     

    Care/Support Workers (Team Leader)

    We are looking for a Care/Support Worker (Team Leader) to join our team, offering a salary of £23,250 per year. In this role, you will provide physical and emotional support to individuals, assisting with personal care, household tasks, and meal support. You will help clients with healthcare needs, including routine checks and medication administration, while also encouraging their personal development through hobbies, interests, and life skills such as booking appointments, shopping, and using public transport. To succeed in this role, you must be caring, compassionate, and enthusiastic, with at least one year of experience in a similar setting. A Care Certificate, strong communication skills, and a supportive team-oriented approach are essential, along with a satisfactory DBS check.
