We are seeking a Senior Care/Support Worker (Team Leader) to join our team, offering £24,350 per year and reporting to the Domiciliary Care and Supported Living Manager. In this role, you will provide both physical and emotional support to individuals while leading and supervising a team of care/support workers. Your responsibilities will include assisting individuals in developing independence through personal care, meal preparation, and engagement in hobbies and activities. Additionally, you will be involved in maintaining support plans, conducting reviews, administering medication, managing finances, and overseeing staff supervisions.
