Our staff and client-base mainly cover the North East of England, Yorkshire, Nottingham, Midlands and Bournemouth. We provide domiciliary care services to local authorities and private clients. We also supply ad-hoc, contract and permanent staff to a wide range of clients including:

VACANCIES
We are currently recruiting care/support workers and seniors for our domiciliary care clients in the North East of England.
Senior Care/Support Workers (Team Leader)
Duties and responsibilities: Your duties will include providing physical and emotional support to individuals, supervising and leading a team of care/support workers to help the people we support to develop their independence in all aspects of everyday life. This includes personal care, meal preparation, and taking part in hobbies & activities. Involved in the day-to-day maintenance of support plans, reviews, medication, finances and supervisions. You will report to the Domiciliary Care Manager.
Salary: £20,330 per year
Essential skills, qualifications and experience:
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a multidisciplinary team.
- Genuine interest in, and experience of working with, the relevant Client group (i.e., adults for minimum of 2 years as a Senior carer/support worker.
- Minimum of Healthcare Support Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Administering medication and the care of relevant group with a level 3 in Medication Management.
- Satisfactory DBS check.
Care/Support Workers (Team Leader)
Duties and responsibilities: Your duties will include:
- Providing physical support to clients, which may include helping with household tasks and personal care such as showering and dressing
- Supporting clients with eating and drinking
- Providing emotional support for an individual and their families.
- Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks or administrating medication.
- Encouraging and supporting the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Teaching life skills, such as booking appointments, shopping, using public transport and paying for bills.
Salary: £18,137 per year
Essential skills, qualifications and experience:
- Caring, compassionate and enthusiastic people
- Experience in a similar setting
- Great communication skills
- Someone who enjoys working within a team and is supportive to colleagues
- 1+ year experience as a carer or caregiver
- Care certificate
- Satisfactory DBS check.
